Project Spotlight: Epic Coatings NW was contracted to restore this old outdoor living area back to its former glory for clients in Issaquah, WA. The concrete was originally stained with a true acid-based stain. Due to never being re-sealed or maintained it has mostly faded. My client's decided on a more modern gray concrete stain. After thorough cleaning we applied new color to the concrete. Once dried overnight, we applied 2 coats of commercial quality decorative concrete sealer. Check out the before and after pics below!!
